| 1 | Providing, fabricating and fixing storage partition shelves for office record storage, fabricated from approved make, best quality aluminium sheet of minimum 6 mm thickness and approved grade, including cutting, bending, grinding, finishing, and providing necessary stiffeners/supports wherever required to ensure structural stability. The item shall also include providing and fixing aluminium doors fabricated from approved make, best quality 6 mm thick aluminium sheet, complete with approved locking arrangement, heavy-duty hinges, aluminium/stainless steel handles, locks, tower bolts, door stoppers, screws, nuts, bolts, rivets, fasteners, fixtures, fittings, and all other necessary hardware of approved make.Structural Frame work: Providing and fixing MS square pipes of size 50 × 50 × 3 mm for main vertical supports, top and bottom frames, and intermediate partitions; MS rectangular pipes of size 40 × 20 × 2 mm for shelf supports; and MS angles of size 40 × 40 × 5 mm wherever required for additional stiffeners and structural supports. All structural members shall be properly cut, aligned, jointed, welded and fixed, as applicable, to ensure adequate load-bearing capacity, rigidity and stability for the intended office record storage requirements.The work shall include all labour, materials, tools and plants, loading, unloading, carriage, handling, transportation, erection, alignment, fixing, finishing, and all incidental works required for the complete execution of the work, including all accessories,Complete in all respects as per the directions and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
