| 2 | Complete Air conditioning system to be overhauled, System converted from R-22 refrigerant to R407c complied refrigerant and satisfactory trials to be showned. 1. A/C Compressor needs completely overhauled with new OEM spares.(Compressor Model. Earlyle 06EA599600)2. Blower assembly not rotating and jammed,required renewal complete Blower unit.3. Evaporator coil fins damaged needs replacement of complete evaporator coil unit.4. Heating coil to be removed from place.5. AHU filter frame damaged needs filter replacement.6. Filter inspection door corroded and damaged same to be replacement.7. Drier inlet & Outlet valves and drier core needs replaced with new one,8. HP/LP/oil pressure gauge and cut-outs needs replacement.9. Compressor oil, Expansion valve, Condenser relief valve and required R407c refrigerant to be replaced.10. System flushing, pressure testing to be carried out with nitrogen for 24 hrs and to ensure complete leak free 11.
