Electric slipring motor by cleaning complete winding with special chemicals, pressure spray and vacuum etc., applying spray varnish and Red Becktol, strengthening of connection by applying glass & epoxy tape where ever is required, drying of stater and rotor on specific temperature in oven, conducting of winding test etc. including cost of balancing of rotor, dismantling and refixing of complete electric motor, transportation from site to workshop and back to site along with realignment of motor and pump set with the help of dial gauge complete in all respect to entire satisfaction of EIC.
6Providing and fixing of carbon bush 12No. and glass lead 3No.Including both side copper thimbles, glass tape, PVC tape etc.for 375HP slipring motor.
