Bids Are invited for Hiring Of Consultants - Milestone/Deliverable Based - Functional Consultants; Energy (Oil, Gas, Power, Renewables); Yes; Hybrid(As Specified In Scope Of Work) - Identification Of Survey/Dag No And Facilitation Of Mutation Of Land In The Name Of Aidc: Liaising, Assisting And Coordinating With Aidc, District Administration, Circle Office And Other Concerned Revenue Authorities For Identification And Establishment Of The Correct Survey/Dag Number, Patta Number And Other Relevant Revenue Particulars Of The 20 Acres Of Land Allotted To Bpcl, As The Existing Land Records Do Not Reflect The Survey/Dag Number Of The Proposed Project Land. Further, Facilitating And Pursuing The Mutation Process For Recording The Said Land In The Name Of Aidc In The Relevant Revenue Records And Obtaining Duly Certified Record Of Rights (Ror)/Jamabandi Reflecting Aidcs Name For The Entire 20 Acres Of Allotted Land.All Incidental Expenses Has To Be Borne By The Successful Bidder , Clearing Of Dense Vegetation, Bushes And Shrubs Over Approx 16000 Sqm Of Land: Clearing Of Dense Vegetation, Bushes, Shrubs, Wild Growth And Other Obstructions Spread Over Approx 16000 Sqm Of The Allotted 20 Acres Of Project Land By Deploying Suitable Jcb/Excavator, Required Manpower And Equipment To Facilitate Physical Demarcation Of The Land. The Scope Shall Include Cutting, Uprooting And Removal Of Vegetation, Collection And Disposal Of Cleared Debris And Making The Area Accessible For Carrying Out The Demarcation Exercise, Subject To Obtaining Applicable Permissions /Clearances From The Forest Dept/Competent Authorities, Wherever Required. All Incidental Expenses Has To Be Borne By The Successful Bidder , Demarcation Of 20 Acres Of Project Land And Obtaining Certified Trace Map: Liaising, Assisting And Coordinating With Aidc, District Administration/ Circle Office And Concerned Revenue Authorities For Arranging The Services Of Government Amin/ Authorised Revenue Surveyor For Physical Demarcation Of The Entire 20 Acres Of Land Allotted To Bpcl. The Scope Shall Include Facilitating The Field Survey, Providing Necessary Manpower, Instruments And Logistical Support, Identification And Marking Of Land Boundaries In The Presence Of Government Revenue Officials And Obtaining A Duly Certified Trace Map From The Competent Revenue Authority, Clearly Indicating The Boundaries, Dimensions And Relevant Revenue Particulars Of The Project Land. The Bidder Shall Also Arrange For Installation Of Ip/Tp (Intermediate Pillars/Turning Points) At Every 30-Metre Interval Along The Land Boundary, Using Concrete Pillars Of Size 100 Mm × 100 Mm × 600 Mm, Duly Painted And Numbered For Identification. All Incidental Expenses, Including Liaisoning, Transportation, Manpower, Materials, Equipment And Other Associated Costs Required For Completion Of The Above Activities, Shall Be Borne By The Successful Bidder
