Bids Are invited for Electric Traction Lifts (Q2) - Sitc Of 1 Number 13 Passenger (884 Kg) Lift With Gearless Machine With Machine Room Located Directly Above Lift Well At Site As Per Cpwd General Specification For Electrical Works (Part-Iii Lift & Escalator) 2003, Bis Codes, Nbc 2016 As Amended Up To Date Having Provision For Barrier Free Access As Per Harmonized Guidelines & Standards For Universal Accessibility In India - 2021 Of Mohua, Serving Different Floors In The Lift Shaft As Per Detailed Specifications Enclosed And As Under Including All Other Equipment And Accessories Complete As Required:- , Providing Annual Comprehensive Maintenance Of The 13-Passenger New Lift For G+3 Floors After The Completion Of The Twelve (12) Months Warranty Period. The Scope Includes Maintenance Of All Machinery, Equipment, Control Panels, Ard, Earthing, And Cabling, As Well As Carrying Out Routine And Preventive Maintenance As Per The Attached Maintenance Schedule.The Work Shall Includei) Supply Of All Required Materials, Consumables, Manpower, Labour, And Servicesii)Prompt Attendance To Breakdown Calls And Rectification Of Faultsiii) Replacement Of Defective Materials, Including The Automatic Rescue Device (Ard) And Battery, With New Ones .Iv) The Agency Shall Arrange For The Lift Inspection, If The Validity Of The Existing Sanction Has Expired, And Shall Obtain Clearance From The Central Electricity Authority/State Electrical Inspectorate. Any Statutory Fees In This Regard Shall Be Borne By The Agency In The First Instance And Reimbursed Upon Submission Of The Original Fee Receipt.V) The Agency Shall Arrange Valid Insurance Coverage For Lift Passengers By Obtaining The Necessary Insurance Policy And Shall Liaise With The Insurance Provider As Required Throughout The Comprehensive Maintenance Period. A Valid Copy Of The Insurance Policy Shall Be Submitted, And The Same Shall Be Deemed Part Of The Scope Of Work.
