Name of Work:- MTPS-I - ES Circle - EM-I– Replacement of any one of the defective 6.6KV,3500KW, BHEL make BFP HT motor 6.6KV, 3500KW by BHEL make healthy spare BFP HT motor in any one of the Unit at four occasions during emergency for a Period of 12 Months from the date of commencement of work.

1Charges for disconnection of power cable de- coupling the motor from pump and checking alignment of the motor shaft with pump shaft.
2Charges for removal of end covers and measuring the air gap and magnetic axis.
3Charges for removal of water line pipes, cooler assembly and lifting the cooler unit to a convenient location.
4Charges for removal of sleeve bearings, resting the rotor on the stator after placing rubber sheet.
5Charges for removal of foundation bolts, lifting the existing motor to a convenient location.
6Charges for lifting and erection of the spare HT motor.
7Charges for assembling of sleeve bearings, checking the interference between the bearings and housing, checking the clearance between shaft and bearing.
8Charges for assembling the end covers, checking air gap and magnetic axis.
9Charges for lifting the cooler assembly, fixing with motor and connecting the water pipes etc.
10Charges for termination of power cable, coupling the pump with motor and checking alignment of the motor shaft with pump shaft.
11Charges for tightening of bed bolts, foundation bolts, checking the IR value, DC resistance and trial run the motor in decouple/ couple condition running the motor satisfactorily.
12Charges for thread out the rotor release the both DE and NDE side end cover for internal inspection. Re-fixing the both DE and NDE side end cover after completion of ratification works. Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
