| 3 | Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of stainless steel U-bolt type fixing clamp / wire rope clip clamp suitable for securing the LED mesh screen to the MS / GI / stainless steel support frame as per approved façade installa on drawing. The clamp shall be heavyduty, corrosion-resistant and suitable for outdoor building façade application, complete with frame, saddle/clamp body, hex nuts and washers for firm mechanical locking of the mesh support cable / edge fixing arrangement with the steel frame. The clamp shall be of appropriate size as per site requirement and mesh fixing detail, ensuring proper grip without damaging the LED mesh cable, pixel string or supporting wire. The hardware shall be suitable for long-term outdoor exposure, vibration resistance and wind-load conditions, and shall provide secure, neat and adjustable fixing for alignment of the P15/31 LED mesh modules.
