| 11 | Painting Charges for the Complete 800 mm Dia. Sluice Valve, Including Surface Preparation and Application of Suitable Protective Coating as per Manufacturer’s Standards. |
| 12 | Fixing of Repaired 800 mm Dia. Sluice Valve in the Existing Line, including lifting and shifting all components one by one from the working platform to the inside/NRV side using heavy crane and manual labour, while complying with all necessary safety measures. The work includes fixing the sluice valve, gap piece and dismantling joint using new nuts, bolts and suitable rubber packing, followed by proper tightening of all nuts and bolts to ensure a leak-proof connection and prevent leakage. |
