| 3 | Dismantling and removal of the existing old and corroded tube axial fan, shifting of the dismantled equipment to the designated location as directed by the client during non school times including Supplying, installing, testing andcommissioning of a new Tube Axial Exhaust Fan of 5,500 CFM capacity for ventilation/exhaust of the Lift MachineRoom located at the terrace of AAV, Kidwai Nagar East, complete in all respects. The new fan shall be of suitable industrial-duty construction, comprising a robust GI fan casing, dynamically balanced axial impeller, suitable 3-phase electric motor, protective fan guard andnecessary accessories, selected to deliver 5,500 CFM (about 9,350 m³/hr) at the required system static pressure. The item shall further include fabrication, supply and installation of a suitable MS structural mounting frame,support brackets, base supports, anchor fasteners and vibration-isolation arrangement, wherever required, including welding, cutting, drilling and alignment. All exposed MS components shall be properly cleaned andprovided with anti-corrosion primer and protective enamel/epoxy coating suitable for outdoor terrace installation. The fan shall be securely mounted, properly aligned with the existing opening/duct arrangement andconnected to the available electrical supply, including necessary cabletermination, glands, lugs and minor wiring required at thefan. After installation, the complete assembly shall bechecked for proper rotation, airflow, vibration, noise, motorcurrent and smooth operation, followed by testing andcommissioning of the fan. |
