| 1 | Brick work with Flyash bricks 25cm x 12cm x 8cm size having crushing strength not less than 75Kg/cm2 with dimensional tolerance ±8 percent in cement mortar (1:6) in Superstructure including cost, conveyance and royality and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. |
| 2 | Providing,Fitting & Fixing of Tiles in dado skirting and risers of steps on 12mm thick cement plaster in Cement Mortar (1:3) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigments including cost of Tiles, Labour, T&P all comp. |
| 3 | Supplying, fitting and fixing of Ceramic tile in floor of size 300mm x 300mm of premium grade having thickness 7mm to 8mm including cost, conveyance and royality and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. |
| 4 | 16 mm. thick cement plaster (1:6) over brick work including cost, conveyance and royality and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. |
