1Providing 16mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) finished smooth to inside surface including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials, labour, T&P etc. complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge (AoR-2006, Page No. 107, Item No. 18).
2Weather coat painting two coats with 100% Acrylic emulsion paint (1st. quality) exterior grade over a coat of water bond cement primer of approved make & shade manufactured by reputed manufacturer like (NEROLAC/ ASIAN/ BERGER/ DULOX) or equivalent to make an ever finished surface in all floor and height with all scaffolding and staging charges including cost, conveyance & taxes of all materials labour & T&P etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
3CC - M20 grade using 20 mm and down graded size hard crusher broken granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting and laying all cost of materials, labour, conveyance, royalties,Tools and Plants, water for curing etc all complete as per OPWD specification required for the work to finished items of work.
