Cleaning chamber from inside using air blower ,cleaning all the terminals using CRC spray, applying lubricants to mechanical. Tightening all the terminals properly. Replacing defective TNC Switch of VCB panel with new one Replacing all damaged HRC fuses2A/4A/10 A and indicating lamps by P/F new one. Checking all control wiring and replacing if any wire seems worn out/ electrical stressed, maintaining proper color code and using ferrule for proper identification. Checking working of charging and release mechanism for smooth operation, resetting/ adjustment of vacuum interrupter for proper gap between fixed and moving contacts, checking continuity of all the phases also checking IR value between fixed and moving contact of all the phases, across phases and between phase and earth using meggar. Rack in VCB breaker in the compartment move in service position. Connecting power & control supply and then testing and commissioning. Complete job includes cost of material, fitting and testing charges.Providing of spares/parts (Andrew Yule make/equivalent make) for Incomer panel No.1( 6.6 KV ) such as shunt trip coil -01 No. , Closing Coil-01 No , Base for Anti pumping Relay 01 No., Spring charging Motor 01 No., Breaker Auxiliary Switch-01 No., PT fuses(HT) 3A- 02 no., in place of damaged parts. P/F new wire maintaining proper color code and using ferrule for proper identification, checking working of charging and release mechanism. The job includes drawing out VCB trolly from the chamber after opening & isolating HT Breaker, isolating incoming supply from all possible sources. Cleaning chamber from inside using air blower, cleaning all the terminals using CRC spray, applying Lubricants to mechanical linkages for smooth operation, resetting/ adjustment of vacuum interrupter for proper gap between fixed and moving contacts, checking continuity of all the phases also checking IR value between fixed and moving contact of all the phases, across phases and between phase and earth using meggar.
