| 1 | Repair to 100 KVA LT electric transformer installed at LIS Gailla by way of disconnecting of HT and LT line connections from transformer. Uninstalling the transformer from the pole frame structure using skilled/semi-skilled labour and suitable tools and tackles. Job involves shifting of transformer to the nearest motorable roadside 60 meters (one side) approximately using manual labour both skilled and semi-skilled through rough terrain. Loading in mechanical transport for further shifting to workshop for repairs and then unloading at workshop using manual labour, tools and tackles etc. Job then involves removing the top cover of the transformer after unscrewing all the nuts and bolts along with dismantling of HT & LT bushes. Draining out of old transformer oil from transformer tank. Taking out the coil assembly using chain pulley block/ tripod stand and other allied tools and tackles. Dismantling of all damaged HT legs coils, from the coil assembly and complete rewinding of all HT legs coils with the requisite new aluminium wire of appropriate gauge with proper insulation, specifications as per original design and varnishing complete. Dehydrating/drying the coils. The job also includes complete Reconditioning of all LT leg coils. Fitting of the newly rewound coils to the legs of the coil assembly. Fitting of LT coils, the core and making connections of the coil assembly. Job also includes Servicing, cleaning and flushing of transformer tank by using appropriate chemicals to clean all the deposits. Job further includes Painting of transformer body externally by way of removing old damaged paint from the transformer body using emery paper, metal strips, brushes etc. without damaging the surface. Cleaning/ Washing the transformer and then drying completely. Applying one coat of epoxy primer and two coats of polyurethane paint of steel grey/light blue colour of reputed make. Drying completely. Job further includes Filtration of old transformer oil and then removing the moisture by giving proper heat treatment. Lowering of the coil assembly in the container after making proper connections. Filling of the old transformer oil after proper heat treatment/ allied process and providing, filling, topping up with new T.oil 50 litres approximately. Providing and fitting of HT bush rods 3 nos. along with bushes, LT Bush Rods 4 nos. along with bushes, set of gasket, sundry items and insulation required. Fitting top cover by bolts and nuts. The job further includes loading of repaired transformer into mechanical transport using manual labour and then shifting back to the site of installation in the same manner as used for shifting to nearest motorable roadside with the help of tools and tackles, skilled/semi-skilled manual labour. Installing of the transformer on the pole frame structure using skilled/semi-skilled labour and suitable tools and tackles. Job further involves providing, fitting of 3 No. New Link Sets by replacing old Link Sets and Making all the electrical connections on HT and LT side along with proper insulation. Checking for continuity, insulation and allowing the transformer to charge on no load and then connecting the LT supply and testing the transformer on full load. Complete Job includes cost of material, skilled/semi-skilled labour charges, carriage/shifting charges to and fro, hire charges of tools and tackles required at LIS Gailla.
