All buttons in car and all landings should have Braille sign. 17, Landing entrance Automatic telescopic opening 3 panel Scratch proof stainless steel sliding door as per ISS with provision for mechanical opening key for emergency with full length infra red light curtains and Stainless Steel framed 1/2 glass door, fire proof. 18 ,Call and position indicators Up/down direction & position Dot Matrix / LED indication shall be provided at all landings 19 ,Electric supply 1) Light 230/50 C/s single phase 2 wire system, Power 415 V 50 C/s 3 phase 4 wire system. 20, Automatic Rescue Device Provide automatic rescue device with an electronic controller powered by 4 Nos. 12V 24 AH dry free maintenance batteries. The rescue operation should act within 10 seconds of power failure 21, Regulation 340V- 480V (SMPS based) b. Call indicator (inside the car) c. Recharging/replacing batteries in case of such requirements 6. Replacing /Rewinding motor if required 7. Replacing/renewing all defective part of the lift including V3F unit if found necessary 26, Control panel Control panel will be dust and vermin proof of sheet metal enclosure 27, Announcement System to provide lift announcement system 29,Tests At site tests as per relevant IS to be carried out before Handing over. 30, Additional features: - a. Cloud based elevator monitoring system with email trigger for elevator fault/ complaints. b. Elevator lock switch panel at main floor to keep the elevator locked without switch off the power supply. c. Smart emergency alarm/ Rescue call unit with SIM based intercom to 3 phone numbers and rescue SMS functions. d. Parking function at main floor. e. Car call password protection for floors as required. f. Automatic brake force test function as per BIS. g. Rescue landing function during the mechanical struck of any landing door. h. Automatic Rescue Device with low battery protection function. i. 1 nos of CCTV with recording function at lift cabin. 31,Scope of work:- 1)Dismantling of existing elevator & buy back a) Supply of lift materials & installation b)Minor civil works such as removal of temporary brick work in the lift entrance without affecting the building structure, finishing/ altering civil works including core cutting necessary for ropes to pass through, minor civil works for the lift entrance/ pit by providing brick work & plastering if necessary including minor civil works such as construction of buffer block in the pit machine foundation in the machine room, cutting pockets and grounding brackets for the guide rails, grouting boxes for control units, correction of wall opening in the front side of the wall, Including core cutting at machine room floor, Providing iron hook / beam. c) Scaffolding d) Door frames e) Supporting steel f) Temporary electric supply for installation of lift. Electric supply for testing and commissioning of lift is to be arranged by the firm on their own account. g) Obtaining scheme approval as well as energization Certificate from the electrical Inspectorate including preparation of necessary drawing for the same. Necessary fee shall be remitted to the Inspectorate by the firm for which no refund will be made from the department including taking insurance for one year as per new lift rule. h) Supply of book let with complete details of maintenance schedule and control diagram. i) Giving training to department staff for attending trouble shooting j) Free servicing for 36 months after handing over (k) Dismantling & Buyback of old lift Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information |
