1Surveying, soil and geotechnical investigations, sewage sampling and testing, engineering, preparation of designs and drawings, supply, construction, erection, installation, testing and commissioning of complete 100 MLD Sewage Treatment Plant at Dhandhupura, Agra, in replacement of the existing 78 MLD STP, including site clearance, required dismantling, excavation, dewatering, filling and disposal of surplus materials; all civil and structural works, inlet and outlet structures, sewage treatment, tertiary treatment, disinfection and sludge handling facilities and arrangements for Biogas recovery and utilisation for electricity generation or bio-CNG; complete electrical and mechanical equipment, substation, standby power, instrumentation, PLC/SCADA and automation systems; buildings, laboratory, amenities, internal sewers and interconnecting pipework, roads, pathways, drainage, boundary protection and campus development; temporary sewage bypass and pumping arrangements, including installation, operation, maintenance and removal during execution to maintain existing plant operations; diversion and interconnection of existing rising mains with the new inlet, including pipes, bends, valves, specials, chambers, anchors, thrust blocks, supports, cutover and reinstatement, together with all materials, labour, machinery, T&P and appurtenant works necessary for complete execution on Turnkey Basis as per the approved designs, drawings and technical specifications.
