| 7 | Complete dismantling of accessories of 500MVA T/F after removal of all radiators, conservator tank, oil pipelines, all bushings, turrets, fans, motors, marshalling box, OLTC panel, etc. Blanking of radiator, oil pipelines, conservator tank, turrets, etc., with proper gaskets, nuts, and bolts to complete the job satisfactorily. Blanking plates, nuts, and bolts shall be provided by the department. All other T&P, gaskets, etc., shall be arranged by the contractor at their own cost. |
| 8 | Evacuation/creation of vacuum(including 8 hour vaccum standing test and arresting of leakage if any) and filling N₂ gas in empty 500MVA T/F main tank with -60°C dew point nitrogen at 400kV Sub-Station Greater Noida, filling of nitrogen gas pressure at 0.25 kg/cm²(including leakage test for 24 hours and attending the same if any ) for transport to workshop of M/s Toshiba Private Limited. and filling of 1 no nitrogen gas pressure cylnder for transporting with transformer. |
| 9 | Shifting and proper stacking of all dismantled 500MVA ICT accessories (such as Conservator Tanks, pipelines, cooling fans, pumps, marshalling box, radiators, headers, 'A' frame, RTCC Panel, oil drums, etc.) at a safe storage location within the Sub-Station. |
