The job includes labour charges, hire charges of vehicle (to & fro) carriage, loading and unloading & all the tools and tackles required for executing the works.Repairs to 3 cusec x 10 meters discharge pump at workshop by way of extraction of damaged parts. The job involves repair to impeller by way of brazing, turning and finishing to size. Repair to pump shaft by way of re-metaling, turning and finishing to required size. P/F of new gland bushes -02 Nos., impeller wearing rings-02 Nos., check /lock nuts 02 Nos, bearing No. 6305-02Nos ,new CI gland sets 02 nos and guides 02 nos The job includes replacement of gland packing, greasing, oil packing, and cost of material and labour charges.Dismantling of the damaged 20 HP motor and extracting the rotor from stator at workshop. Repairs to rotor by way of rebuilding, turning of the rotor shaft and finishing to bearing size, making new keyway for coupling, P/F of new bearings-6309, 6310 and sleeves (DE & NDE). P/F of bearing end cover plates. Complete varnishing of motor and the keeping the stator assembly moisture free. Complete greasing of the bearings and assembling the rotor and stator. Complete job includes cost of material, labour charges and testing of motor on no load. Repair to coupling pulley by way of re-metaling, turning and machining the worn out portion of coupling pulley. Providing and fitting of new coupling bolts, nuts and rubber bushes of appropriate size after extracting the old damaged worn out coupling bolts. The job involves boring of coupling pulley and cutting of key ways as per requirement. P/F of cotter set as per sample for fixing of coupling pulley on the shaft of pump and motor.The job includes cost of material, hire charges of tools and tackles required for the job including labour and carriage charges.Installation of the repaired pump on base frame by p/f of new required nuts, bolts/ studs, with proper greasing of motor and alignment after coupling it with motor by providing and fitting of new coupling nuts and bolts along with rubber bushes. The job also involves aligning of suction and delivery end and fitting them with pump body by p/f of rubber sheet joint along with new nuts and bolts Complete job includes cost of material, labour charges and testing on full load.The job also includes the complete panting of electro-mechanical machinery along with painting of suction and delivery pipes.Also repair to auto control panel/ starter of unit No II by way of providing and fitting of current overload relay, on/off relay assembly and thermal relay after extracting out the old damaged ones at LIS Giddar Gallian. Complete job includes cost of material including rebate on old material, labour charges, charges for tools and tackles required for execution of work at LIS Giddar Gallian. |
