Site Plan / Ground Floor Plan/ Basement floor plan.(ii) Typical floor plan(iii) Site PlanB) Final Detailed drawings shall be as per the norms of DCR of CMDA, Local Body Building rules ad regulations. (i) Site Plan / Ground Flooror Stilt floor Plan/ Basement floor plan.(ii) Typical floor plan (First,Second,Third ,fourth floor and fifth floor plan).(iii) Terrace Floor Plan.(iv) Elevation.(v) Sectional Details.(vi) Site Plan with underground sump details. Rain water harvesting, compound wall, gate details, solid waste management, sewer drainage layout, water supply & distribution layout, electrical room etc., (vii) Terrace floor plan with Solar energy,Lift machine room, Over head Tank, solar water heater, water supply & distribution layout etc.Details as required by the CMDA Authorities approval. The consultant should submit necessary sets of drawings for approval by the Chief Engineer / TNHB & necessary sets of drawings for submission to CMDA & Local Body for approval & 2 sets of tracing sheet of all sketchs along with soft copy of the drawings in 2 pen drives etc., all complete and as directed by the departmental officers. |
