Name of Work:- Fabrication of Internal Ring of Labyrinth and repair of the same to original dimensions and other works of 2x11.25MW Ganvi Stage 1
Sl. No. Item Description
1Fabrication of damaged Internal Ring of labyrinth from suitable steel, fixing of the internal ring to the outer cone of labyrinth by proper welding.
2Building up of the stepped profile of the bottom cone/labyrinth by building with suitable steel/electrode and machining of the ring to the dimensions as per BHEL drawing no. 12021170201. The clearance between labyrinth and nut guard assembly should be 0.8mm to 1mm.
3Repair of 8 Nos. Nozzles and Liners with composition of grade of IS:25 grade 84 (Sn 84% min., Pb 0.03%max, Cu 5-6%, Sb 9-11%). Tip Liners of the nozzle should have composition of 13% chromium steel and 4% nckel with suitable welding electrodes (SS no. 309) its welding, grinding and machining should be done in such a way spears tip aligns properly in the liners without any gap, space or leakage.
