| 1 | SITC of FCUs of specified heating capacity and air flow as per the specification complete with drain pan, 3 speed motor, thermostat temperature control system, cordless remote, washable pre-filter, electrical terminal box, with approved make of ball valves one with Y-strainer on supply side and without Y-Strainer on return side. Providing and fitting of 12/16 mm dia OD PEX-AL-PEX Pipe incomming and outgoing Connections along with allied fitting viz valves, Sockets, Nipple,Union,tee etcof and testing of the same on maximum working pressure/Temperature to the FCU units that are working on old damaged pipe connections. The unit shall be complete with all allied accessories.Heating capacity:- 6000 Kcal/hr.Air flow:- 800 CFM |
| 2 | Opening of Western-make 4 Lac Kcal/hr hot water generator, including thorough internal and external cleaning of the complete unit, including coil and shell, removal of soot, carbon deposits, scale, sludge and other accumulated deposits, chemical descaling of the coil by circulating a solution of approximately 10 kg Max Clean descaling compound of approved make mixed with water of required strength continuously for 24 hours through the coil by means of a suitable pump and tank/barrel, followed by thorough flushing with clean water; opening, cleaning and servicing of all accessories and associated components of the boiler; removal and replacement of all defective/deteriorated seals, gaskets, asbestos rope, asbestos felt, asbestos sheet, nuts, bolts and other minor consumables as required; the contractor shall arrange and provide all required labour, tools and tackles, circulation pump, tank/barrel, brushes, detergent, diesel/kerosene oil, dhoti cloth, descaling chemical and other necessary materials and consumables for complete execution of the work, including dismantling, cleaning, descaling, reassembly, testing for leakage and satisfactory operation, complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 3 | Replacement of refractory lining of 4 Lac Kcal/hr hot water generator, including complete removal of old, damaged and deteriorated refractory material, thorough cleaning and preparation of all refractory surfaces/bases, removal of loose material and debris, and providing and laying new refractory lining using “Fire Crete Super” brand castable refractory cement of approved make, strictly in accordance with the OEM’s recommended specifications, application procedure, thickness and curing requirements, including all necessary labour, tools, tackles, consumables, mixing, placing, compacting, finishing and curing, complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 4 | Wet Servicing of FCUs by way of complete cleaning all FCUs including removal, cleaning and refixing of air filters, thorough cleaning of coils with pressured water and brush as required, cleaning of drain pans, drain trays and condensate drain pipes to ensure free flow, checking and cleaning of blower fans/impellers and bearings where applicable, checking of electrical connections, contactors, relays, thermostats and control wiring, checking of air flow and temperature differential, attending to any minor adjustments required for smooth functioning, and putting the units back into satisfactory working condition complete in all respects as per site requirements and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge (including all labour, tools, consumables and T&P). |
| 5 | Dry servicing of FCUs by way of complete dry cleaning all FCUs including careful removal, dry cleaning (by vacuuming/brushing/compressed air) and refixing of air filters, dry cleaning of cooling/heating coils, fins, blower fans/impellers and housing. Cleaning of drain pans and trays, checking and tightening of electrical connections, contactors, relays, thermostats and control wiring, testing of valves for proper operation, checking of air flow and temperature performance, attending to any minor adjustments required for smooth functioning, and putting the units back into satisfactory working condition complete in all respects as per site requirements and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge (including all labour, tools, consumables and T&P). |

PN-16 rated butterfly valve with a new lever-operated butterfly valve having flanged ends, suitable for hot-water central heating piping system, having cast iron/ductile iron body, stainless steel stem/spindle, corrosion-resistant disc and approved heat-resistant elastomer seat, complete with operating lever, mating flanges, nuts, bolts, washers, gaskets and all necessary accessories, including removal of the existing damaged valve, dismantling, fitting, alignment, jointing and testing for leak-proof and satisfactory operation, complete in all respects as required at site and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 8 | Replacement of existing damaged pressure gauge having 100 mm dia. dial with a new pressure gauge (0-150 psi), including removal of the damaged pressure gauge, providing and fixing of new pressure gauge complete with isolation valve, suitable connecting fittings, nipples, adaptors, thread sealant and all necessary accessories, including connection, testing and commissioning, complete in all respects as required at site and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. |
