Supply Of set of bolted partition frame , set of bolted partition frame for non ac chair car for bangladesh coache s.(note make/manufacturer of raw material shall be m/s jsl orm/s sail.), as per drawing: mp 26pecb version:1,packing instruction: packing condition of set of partition frame and proc edure to achieve best possible protection during transportation:1. surface preparatio n:thoroughly clean the components to remove any dirt, grease or contaminants -apply a protective film, such as pvc or laser film or bubble sheet, to shield surfaces from sc ratches and environmental factor.2.packing materials:-wooden crates: construct stu rdy wooden cage tailored to the components dimensions.steel strapping: utilize rust- proof steel straps to securely bundle components, preventing movement during trans it.3.moisture barrier:-incorporate moisture-proof materials, such as plastic film or wa ter proof ability paper, to guard against corrosion.4.component arrangement:-place c omponents on wooden pallets or within custom-designed supports to distribute weigh t evenly and prevent deformation.-ensure that no part of the component extends beyo nd the protective packaging to avoid exposure to potential damage.5.securing the com ponents: -use steel straps or ropes to fimly anchor the components within the wooden crate, minimizing internal movement. -for added stability, employ bracing or cushionin g materials, such as foam pads or corrugated inserts, to fill voids and absorb shocks. -hardware items to be suitably packed separately inside the crate.6. labeling and docu mentation:-clearly label each package with essential information, including pl no. spec ifications, details of each set with qty. and also keep one copy inside ot the crate, weig ht, handling instructions and firms & destination details.7.loading onto trailer/lorry/truck/transport:- strategically position the packaged components within the truck/suitable to maintain balance and prevent shifting during transit.-secure the packages to the containers structure using lashing ties or additional bracing as need ed. 8.final inspection and sealing:-conduct a thorough inspection to verify that all co mponents are securely packed and that packaging materials are intact.
