| 1 | Maintenance and attending breakdown of LT overhead lines and underground cables up to LT terminals of transformer to ACBs/MCCBs of LT panels of substations and up to main distribution boards at buildings, overhead lines, street lights, including attending minor repairs and day to day maintenance of LT panels for smooth and trouble-free LT power supply, rectification of minor defects to electrical controls and accessories, and attending breakdown at any time round the clock, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note: The rate quoted is inclusive of the following:(a) Attending minor repairs/breakdown without involving any new materials shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate.(b) Major repairs/breakdown involving supply and fixing of materials such as cables, cable joints, MCCBs etc are outside scope of contract.(c) The rates are inclusive of one electrician and one helper. |
| 2 | Repair and maintenance of LT panel board/feeder pillar box of any type, indoor or outdoor, by taking shutdown, checking for loose contacts and tightening all nuts and bolts, removing dust by air blower, removing carbon particles, rubbing heated portions of busbar and cleaning by means of CRC 2-26 or petrol, tightening all joints in busbar, checking earth and neutral voltage, removing foreign objects, replacing corroded glands, thimbles, hinges, door locks, door knobs, gaskets, busbar sleeves of red, yellow, blue and black colours, nuts, bolts and washers etc and tightening them properly, including removing old paint from the LT panel/feeder pillar box by paint remover, cleaning and scraping internally and externally, preparing the surface and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of existing colour over a coat of red oxide primer, white washing the PCC base, and writing any description as required, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
