| 1 | The bidder shall quote its Comprehensive Fixed Price (in INR) for the complete design, development, fabrication, installation, operation, maintenance and dismantling of the proposed facility, inclusive of all applicable cost components, as detailed below. The quoted price shall be exclusive of GST, which shall be indicated separately. All amounts shall be clearly indicated in the prescribed BoQ format, and no additional payment shall be admissible except as approved under the contract’s change-control mechanism. Final footprint and layout subject to ITPO site allocation and approval.(7,000- 10,000 sq. ft.) 1 Further This comprehensive price is in addition to, and separate from, the ticket and sponsorship revenue-share terms at Section 15. The financial schedule shall identify in lumpsum, at minimum:2 Design and creative development.3 Fabrication, structures, flooring, rigging and fit-out.4 Technology, AV, VR, computing and interactive equipment.5 Software/content/licensing costs, where applicable.6 Electrical, networking and IT infrastructure.7 Branding, signage and visitor-flow infrastructure.8 Ticketing integration, on-ground support and any agency-side ticketing technology costs (platform itself to be provided/nominated by ITPO, Section 6).9 Marketing and publicity campaign execution (digital, on-ground, collateral and content production).10 Manpower and operations for the complete event period.11 Logistics, installation, testing, dismantling and transportation.12 Maintenance, spares and technical support.13 Insurance and other contractual/statutory costs.14 GST and other applicable taxes, separately.15 The bidder shall clearly state assumptions, exclusions and any recurring or usage-based costs. No additional cost shall be payable unless approved through the contract’s change-control mechanism. |
