| 1 | Oil change by way of providing of requisite quantity of engine-Oil to departmental DG set. The job includes draining out of old engine oil, cleaning/ flushing of oil chamber by suitable means and filling of fresh oil of suitable grade: |

| 5 | Providing and filling of requisite oil filters and fuel (diesel) filters after removing the old ones by proper means. |

| 7 | Providing and fitting of air filters (oil bath type, Primary & Secondary type) whichever applicable, after removing the old filters by suitable means. |
| 8 | Servicing of feed pump assy. |
| 9 | Replacement of feed pump assembly by way of providing and fitting of new one as per sample |
| 10 | Complete servicing of the D.G set (including the prime mover) inspection of the D.G set and checking for any loose nuts, bolts, checking belt tension and replacing the damaged fast moving items wherever necessary, tappet setting, checking the working of the self-starter, washing/ cleaning of spares if wherever required with diesel and refitting same. Testing of the D.G set after carrying out repairs/replacements by way of running the D.G set on no load and load. The HSD required for testing of D.G set (for half an hour) shall be provided by the firm. All tools and tackles, leads and lifts required for the execution of job are to be arranged and brought to the site i. e., Water Supply Scheme by the contractor.The servicing of the D.G set shall be conducted in compliance to OEM schedule/ directions of the Engineer in charge. |
| 11 | Repairs to self-starter by way of dismantling the assembly from the DG set and replacing the worn out parts like carbon brushes, bushes, spring set, rocker plate, bearing, cleaning of all the individual parts of the assembly and all the connections from rust & dust, then reassembling of the parts and then testing the self-starter before & after fitment to the DG set. The job also includes all leads & lifts involved during execution of repairs. |
