1Charges for Attending the Preventive and routine maintenance works of HFO & HSD Unloading and forwarding pumps, HFO & HSD Strainers, Valves, Pipe lines, HFO & HSD Tanks dyke area and yards, Periodical cleaning of flame arresters, HFO & HSD pipe lines, Heating steam pipe lines, HFO Heat exchangers, HFO Coolers, Unloading of HSD & HFO from trucks as and when required etc., as detailed in the annexure enclosed and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including hire charges for T&P required, Personal protective equipments, all consumables and all labour charges etc., complete.
2Charges for upkeeping the area of HFO tank, LDO tank, cleaning the tranches to avoid water blockage, clearing the growth of bushes, unwanted fire hazard materials such as dry grass leaves, papers and polythene papers in and around the HFO, LDO oil tanks, oil line areas and entire boundary of the Fuel Oil Pump House including hire charges for T&P required, Personal protective equipments, all consumables and all labour charges etc., complete.
