(2) receiver unit. (3) connecting cables and essential accessories. (4) all required probing sof tware/programming cycles. (5) modifications to existing nc/plc programs to accommodate the probing sys tem if required. (6) functional testing and training. technical specifications:- (1) transmission technology = 2.4 ghz wireless with interference-resistant spread spectrum technology (fhss or dsss). (2) communic ation range (probe to receiver) = minimum 15 meters. (3) applications supported = part detection (includi ng axle length), centering and alignment detection etc. (4) input signal range = 13.5v to 30v dc. (5) outp ut signal specification = 4v to 30v dc, 40 ma. (6) repeatability = not more than 1.0 micro meters (2s); be tter repeatability preferred. (2) setup, calibration, and testing must be d one at the site by the supplier. (3) all associated documentation (user manuals, circuit diagrams, paramete r lists) must be provided. (4) training to the cnc operators and maintenance personnel is to be included. ( 5) manufacturers test certificate (mtc) for the product shall be submitted along with the supply. in additio n, the manufacturer shall submit an ipx8 test report / certificate of confirmation specifically confirming co mpliance of the supplied product with the ipx8 rating. (6) oem or oem authorized dealers only shall quote & shall submit oem authorization letter/authorized dealer ship certificate (in case of dealer)/ oem declarati on along with the offer.
