Name of Work:- VGTPS / STG / Phase-I - Complete overhauling of 2 Nos Condensate Extraction pumps and its strainers.

1Charges for dismantling the pump suction & delivery lines and the pump assembly from its position to floor level for dismantling the pump internals & inspection as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including T&P's, Hire charges and consumables etc.,
2Charges for cleaning the pump internals such as bearing, Mechanical Seals, Shaft sleeves, oil seals, impellers etc., for checking the healthiness of the internals spares and measuring the clearance readings as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including T&P's, Hire charges and consumables etc.,
3Charges for assembling the pump after replacing the wornout spares and setting the necessary design clearances in the impeller to wearing ring, mechanical seals etc, as per the direction of Engineer - in - Charge including T&P's, Hire charges and consumables etc.,
