| 1 | Supply, Delivery, Testing and Commissioning of Brand New Light Commercial Vehicle (LCV) conforming to BS-VI emission norms, having diesel engine of 700 CC to 1250 CC capacity, minimum 2 to 4 cylinders, maximum power of 20–30 BHP @ 2500 RPM or above, maximum torque of minimum 50 Nm @ 2000 RPM or above, manual transmission with minimum 5 Forward and 1 Reverse gears, single plate dry friction diaphragm clutch, manual/power steering, factory fitted speed governor, gross vehicle weight between 1550 kg and 1900 kg,wheelbase between 1900 mm and 2250 mm, overall length between 3800 mm and 3950 mm, overall width between 1500 mm and 1550 mm, ground clearance between 150 mm and 165 mm, fuel tank capacity of 30 to 40 litres, fitted with 145 R12 or equivalent tyres including one spare wheel, minimum payload capacity of 800 kg to 1000 kg and load body volume of minimum 2.0 cubic metres, complete with fabricated Mild Steel load body having body length between 2100 mm and 2200 mm, body width between 1400 mm and 1500 mm, body height between 600 mm and 900 mm, side panels (LH & RH) and rear door fabricated using minimum 1.2 mm thick Mild Steel sheets, body top fabricated using minimum 1.2 mm thick Stainless Steel sheet with suitable supporting frame, rear door provided with heavy-duty hinges and locking arrangement, body painted with one coat of anti-corrosive primer followed by two coats of approved quality enamel paint, lettering and logos as directed by the Department, side safety guards provided as per RTO/CMVR requirements, complete with all standard accessories, tool kit, operator’s manual, transportation, delivery, testing and commissioning, inclusive of GST.r.
