| 1 | Charges for Dismantling and positioning of water wall tube panel of size consisting 9 tubes x 6 meter long with fin welding and tube size is 51 mm dia x 5.6 mm thick of rifled tubes. This work involves providing temporary supports, arresting special hook arrangements, winches, etc., for holding the WW panel from the boiler wall, removing attachment welding between the buck-stay & water wall panel inserts, Wind box, seal boxes, peep hole doors etc., lowering, leading and bringing down to ground. Also this work includes transporting of 1 no new water wall panel from stores to site and lifting, leading and inserting new fabricated panel ( Dia 51.6 x 5.6 thick rifled fin welded panel) into boiler furnace I pass by making special hooking/holding arrangements with special winches/chain blocks and temporary supports, positioning in the required place and arresting the panel with temporary supports and ready to fit-up. Charges inclusive of cost of T&P's and consumables and argon gas. |
