Bids Are invited for Custom Bid For Services - Outsourcing Of Maintenance And Servicing Works For Weigh Bridges In Mine-I Mss, Neyveli, Tamilnadu For 02 (Two) Years 2026 - 28 - Servicing Of 50T Capacity Electronic, Computerised Weighbridge- The Work Includes One Overhauling And One Servicing In A Span Of One Year (6 Months Duration Between Overhauling & Servicing).During Overhauling, The Defective Components, Have To Be Made Ready By Means Of Reconditioning (Or) Renewal Of The Same. The Platform Structure And Other Parts Are To Be Coated With Paint After Primary Coat. It Has To Be Calibrated And To Be Checked Thoroughly For Good Performance. At The Time Of Overhauling (Or) Servicing The Firm Shall Replace The Fasteners For Deck Plates. During Servicing, All The Components Are To Beinspected And The Defect/S If Any Have To Be Rectified / Replaced. , Verification & St Ing Of Weighbridges On The Due Date (Or) In The Particular Quarter, During Which St Ing Is Due By The Department Of Weights & Measures, Govt. Of Tamil Nadu. , St Ing Of 298 Nos. Of Cast Iron Weights Of Each 20 Kg (Once In 2 Years & On Due) By The Department Of Weights & Measures, Govt. Of Tamil Nadu. , Shifting Of Weighbridge And Cabin: The Weighbridge, Load Cell Structure Should Be Dismantled As Modules For Checking The Welding, Repair Works If Any And Painting The Structure. Then The Weighbridge And Mobile Cabin Should Be Shifted, Erected And Commissioned To Other New Location As Ear Marked By Nlcil. Necessary Earthing For Weighbridge And Cabin And Lightening Arrestors Are To Be Provided By The Contractor. Nlcil Will Provide Unskilled Manpower, Cranes, Trailer And Consumables I.E., Paints, Brush And Thinner Etc., At Free Of Cost (The Above Shifting Is To Be Carried Out, On Need Basis) As And When Required By Nlcil. , Spares (On Need Basis) , Conducting Monthly Joint Inspection For Calibration For All The Weighbridges Once In A Month , Servicing Of 60 T Capacity Surface Mounted Fully Electronic Weigh Bridge Of Platform Size 18 X 3 Meters.
