Name of Work:- NCTPS II – M II circle - Turbine maintenance Division - S.Dn.I – Unit I - Complete Overhauling, cleaning & conducting the hydraulic test of Main Turbine Lub oil coolers and Overhauling of Oil Vapour Extraction Fans (OVEF) in Main turbine Lub oil system & Control Fluid system and Renewal of LPT diaphragms during the Unit- I- AOH of the year 2026-27.

1Complete cleaning of Main Turbine Lub oil cooler using Nylon brush and water jet by dismaltling the shell and tube nest from its position including the cost of consumables and hire charges for T&P etc.,
2Charges for conducting the hydraulic test on oil side of oil cooler,hydraulic pump with pressure gauge
3Charges for Dismantling and Assembling of Oil Vapour Extraction Fans (OVEF) in Main turbine Lub oil system (2 Nos) & Control Fluid system (2 Nos) and including cost of consumbles and hire charges of T & P's.
4Charges for cleaning of oil vapour stripper seperator filter elements in Main Turbine lub oil system including the cost of consumbles and hire charges of T&P's.
5Charges for Dynamic balancing of the fan impeller at the rated speed including the cost of consumables and hire charges of T & P's.
6Charges for Cleaning Dirty oil tank & Waste Oil Tank of Main turbine lub oil and control fluid system including cost of consumables and hire charges of T&P's.
