Name of Work:- NCTPS II – M II circle - Turbine maintenance Division - S.Dn.I - Unit I - Refurbishment of LPBP Control valve plug stem & valve seat and control valve yoke assembly and Refurbishment & Servicing of HPT Evacuation valve: Make: Dresser, Pneumatic Operated) and Norgen make hydraulic operated vacuum breaker valve of Model DN150 and its Hydraulic Actuators including the cost of consumables, Special consumable and hire charges of T & Ps required for the work during the AOH of unit-I for the year 2026-27.

1Charges for refurbishment of LPBP Control valve/ HPT Evacuation valve Plug assembly by inspecting the damages & dimensional deviation that occurred in the valve stem, plug & guided area by DPT test etc., and checking of runout in Plug assembly. Removing of crack on plug assembly by cutting and grinding. preheating & post heating of plug assembly for welding of the damaged area by using a special type of welding electrode & final machining to the required dimension.
2Charges for refurbishment of LPBP Control valve seat (left) by inspecting the damages & dimensional deviation that occurred in the valve seat by DPT test etc., and checking of runout in valve seat. Removing of crack on valve seat by cutting and grinding. preheating & post heating of valve seat for welding of the damaged area by using a special type of welding electrode & final machining to the required dimension and retapping the holes.
3Charges for refurbishment of LPBP control valve yoke assembly (left) by inspecting the damages & dimensional deviation that occurred in the yoke seating area, Removing of crack on yoke seating area by cutting and grinding and welding of the damaged area by using a special type of welding electrode & final machining to the required dimension.
