The Sale Is Strictly On An As-Is-Where-Is And No-Complaint Basis. Participation Is Exclusively Open To E-Waste Recyclers Or Dismantlers Holding A Currently Valid Registration And Authorization License From The Central Pollution Control Board (Cpcb) Or Karnataka State Pollution Control Board (Kspcb). The Items Shall Be Sold To The Bidder Quoting The Highest Consolidated Rate (H1) For The Entire Lot As Per The Location-Wise Details In Annexure-I.
