1Cleaning of exterior glass façade and windows by using advance cleaning equipment and cleaning agents as applicable with the help of rod and longer ladders etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Note : Rate include all cleaning operations, labour, material and GST.) (3X 6106.31sqm) Note:- The frequency of cleaning of Glass panels describe above shall be once in four months or as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
2Cleaning of building exterior elevation sheet by using advance cleaning equipment and cleaning agents as applicable with the help of scaffolding technique, squeeze rod and longer ladders etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Note : Rate include all cleaning operations, labour, material and GST.)
