| 1 | Supply and filling of potable drinking water (duly chlorinated) through tanker, fitted with motor pump & other required accessories, in the tank placed at different location and level in Tughlakabad Institutional Area as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (The item includes royalty of water, hire charges of tanker & pump, driver & helper, lubricants, waiting charges, diesel, CNG etc. required to fill the tanker at different locations and levels).CONDITIONS: -1. The water shall be supplied by the agency 35,000 litre per day or as and when required as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.2. The agency shall submit mobile number for receiving the telephonic message/ call from the Engineer-in-charge and should be available for picking up the calls round the clock.3. If agency fails to supply the water tanker on demand then the penalty of ₹ 5000/- per 10 KL water will be recovered from the agency.4. The Agency shall display a board written ‘ON DDA DUTY’ on water tankers.5. The agency shall be solely responsible for any miss happening, accident, dispute with Institutes etc. while transportation and distribution of water and for the same nothing extra shall be paid to the agency.6. The numbers of tankers to be supplied can vary on each day as per daily requirements.7. The work of water supply can be terminated at any time without giving any notice to the agency. No claim however shall be entertained on this account.8. All necessary permission from any Govt. body shall be taken by agency as its own.9. Payment of water charges shall be made by the agency as per DJB's office order no 95 dated 04.03.2014 i.e., 80/- per KL well in advance so that water supply not interrupted.10. Only those agencies shall be eligible for bid who has atleast 2 number tanker having minimum capacity of 10,000 litres registered in the name of Agency with valid Registration certificate and PUC.
