2Charges for fabrication and Erection 80NB SS pipe line and fitting in RC pump outlet to Vacuum pump inlet lines including cost of consumables and T&Ps (Required 80NB SS pipes and fittings for this work will be supplied by TNPGCL).
3Charges for plasma cutting & edge preparation of 80 NB SS pipe (including fabrication of bends). Including cost of consumables and T&Ps.
4Charges for S.S welding of one full circle joint in 80 NB SS pipes (including fabrication of bends). Including cost of consumables and T&Ps.
5Charges for replacement of 25 NB separator make up lines and its isolation valve in vacuum pump separator tank & gland sealing lines in vacuum pump suction valves (SS welding in one full circle joint 25 NB valve) Including cost of consumables and T&P's
6Charges for replacement of damaged separator make up 50 NB common header and its isolation valves, NRV valves including bends from vacuum pump end up to condenser A1 pass rear areas including supports (SS welding in one full circle joint 50 NB lines and valves). Including cost of consumables and T&P's.
7Charges for dismantling of existing deteoriated 65NB SS pipe line and fitting in RC pump outlet to Vacuum pump inlet lines including cost of consumables and T&Ps
8Charges for fabrication and Erection 65NB SS pipe line and fitting in RC pump outlet to Vacuum pump inlet lines including cost of consumables and T&Ps (Required 65NB SS pipes and fittings for this work will be supplied by TNPGCL).
9Charges for plasma cutting & edge preparation of 65 NB SS pipe (including fabrication of bends). Including cost of consumables and T&Ps.
10Charges for S.S welding of one full circle joint in 65 NB SS pipes (including fabrication of bends). Including cost of consumables and T&Ps.
