Name of Work:- NCTPS II - M II Circle - Turbine Maintenance Division – Sub Dn.I - Unit I - HP & LP Bypass Oil Supply Unit - Reconditioning of HPBP Hydraulic power pack and Replacement of contaminated oil and conducting trial run & Overhauling/Reconditioning of LPBP Hydraulic power pack & Inspection of LPBP main pump for LPBP system during the period of Unit-I AOH for the year 2026-27.

2Overhauling and reconditioning of Hydraulic Power Pack of HP bypass oil supply unit.
3Replacement of contaminated oil with processed/fresh oil and conducting trial run.
4Overhauling/Reconditioning of LPBP Hydraulic power pack & Inspection of LPBP main pump for LPBP system
5Draining the oil & dis-assembling the hydraulic power pack i.e., dismantling manifold, reducing modular valves, releif modular valves, solenoid valve, NRV, ball valves, oil level indicator, pressure gauge, Temperature gauge, directional control valve, connecting the high pressure pipes & fittings and flexible hoses between the manifold, Pumps and power pack.
6Dismantling, cleaning and assembling of entire internal parts such as reducing modular valves, releif modular valves, NRV, ball valves, solenoid valve and directional control valve.
7Assembling the hydraulic power pack i.e., Assembling manifold, reducing modular valves, releif modular valves, solenoid valve, NRV, ball valves, oil level indicator, pressure gauge, Temperature gauge, directional control valve, connecting the high pressure pipes & fittings and flexible hoses between the manifold and power pack & filling the oil to LPBP tank
8Removing the LPBP main pump along with motor ( internal gear pump) from LPBP HPSU tank.
9Cleaning of all parts by solvent & Inspection of pump bellow, suction pipe, discharge pipe, and other parts by Dye penetration test for any defect.
10Fixing of the internal gear pump along with motor to LPBP HPSU tank and removing of temporary beam, scaffolding and chain block arrangement. Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
