| 2 | Charges for Cleaning of dirt & grime from the valve cone internals to faciliate the removal of internals by using the motor operated brush/scapper/descalling tool in side of the cone up to the satisfactory level of cleaning. |
| 3 | Charges for Releasing of internals such such as bushes,liner,segment rings,disc,rings,sealing rings,spacers, locking plate etc., from valve cone by cuttting of seal rings,locking plate & segments and releasing the internals with proper sequence, recording the dimensional readings of released components such as outer diameter, inner diameter , thickness, lenth and filllet angle by using the high precision instruments and comparing with drawing. |

| 5 | Charges for Machining of valve cone as per the drawing by CNC operated Universal Machining Center Machine (UMC) by lifting and postion the valve cone on the machine by using the special fixtures, setting of cutting tool at zero position, making the movement to centering of the cone ,calculation of depth of cut, removal of the metals from valve cone bore area by slow speed operation of machine with required graduall depth of cut until the acheiving the required size with micron level accuracy clearance as per the drawing. |
| 6 | Charges for Machining of liner as per the drawing by CNC operated Vertical boring machhine by lifting and postion the liner on the machine by using the special fixtures, setting of cutting tool at zero position, making the movement to centering of the liner ,calculation of depth of cut, removal of the metals from liner bore area by slow speed operation of machine with required graduall depth of cut until the acheiving the required size with micron level accuracy clearance as per the drawing. |
