| 1 | Sprinkling of water on roads to mitigate dust pollution by hiring and running a 10,000 Litre capacity GPS-enabled water tanker fitted with rear and rear-side sprinkling arrangements, including all necessary parts, fittings, accessories, nozzles, filters, gaskets, pump and hose pipes etc. The rate is inclusive of potable/treated effluent/raw water, driver, fuel and other consumables, all complete as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.NOTE:-(i) Penalty @ double the agreement rate will be imposed on the agency for non-satisfactory compliance with the above work/instructions, in addition to action as per other terms and conditions of the agreement.(ii) Any challan issued by MCD, CPCB, DPCC, etc., for dust pollution due to non-sprinkling of water on roads shall be paid by the agency/contractor at its own cost. |
