The rate shall include hire charge of machineries, cost of 22g binding wire, wastage, cost and convenience of materials, labour charges, other incidentals, etc. complete. |
| 6 | Reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 using 20mm down graded hard granite broken stones including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour for mixing, laying, consolidating curing etc.complete, including cost of cement, all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. |
| 7 | Supply, fabrication & erection of Structural steel work for base plate anchor bolt assembly using plates, nut, bolt etc. fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, bending, welding/ bolting, fabrication, erecting in position, aligning the erected structure, cost of all accessories, hire for tools and plants and applying a priming coat with zinc chromate primer after mechanical buffing. The rate shall including cost and convenience of all materials, labour charges, other incidentals, etc. complete. |
| 8 | Drilling suitable holes in reinforced or plain cement concrete with power driven drill machine to a minimum depth of 100 mm upto 200 mm in RCC slab to introduce steel bars for foundation, including cost and convenience of all materials fixing the steel bars in position using epoxy resin anchor grout of preferred make but excluding the cost of reinforcement (it measured seperatly in item No. 5), all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.Upto and including 12 mm dia. |
