(v) Contractor shall attend the said job as and when ordered by Engineer-in-Charge and replace the spare parts / fittings immediately witout loosing the time.(vi) Immediately, on acceptance of contract, material shall be brought by the contractor on priority basis after getting approved and attend the complaint on priority basis.(vii) Site of work is scattered in Domestic and Technical area and the contractor shall consider this aspect while quoting the rates.(viii) Contractor's supervisor shall attend the office of AGE E/M at 0900 hrs every day (except holiday) to get the task / location / nature of compaint and in the evening, shall give feed back of compaint. |
