The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana, Toll tax, (excluding Goods and Service Tax), building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same. |
| 2 | Construction of penetration macadam over prepared base by providing a layer of compacted crushed coarse aggregate using chips spreader with alternate applications of bituminous binder and key aggregates and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller to achieve the desired degree of compaction as per Technical Specification Clause 506 including carriage of materials within all leads lifts and other 2 incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana, Toll tax, (excluding Goods and Service Tax), building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same. |
| 3 | Providing and laying 30mm (Thirty millimeter) thick bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes (seventy five tonnes) per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ minimum 5.4 to 5.6% (five point four to five point six) per cent VG-30 (Viscosity grade thirty) of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, 3 vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per IRC-29-1988 complete in all respects including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other indental as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
