| 2 | Repairs to 63KVA electric transformer installed at lift irrigation station Nikowal Old by way of isolating the transformer from 11 KV HT supply, removing of HT cables and LT cables from the transformer. Lifting of transformer from installed position using crane/chain pulley block and carriage of transformer to road side from the lift irrigation station. Before lifting the transformer proper clearing of the space around the transformer by uprooting of the bushes for the smooth pickup. Shifting of transformer to workshop for repairs. Complete dismantling of the transformer after removing the top cover of transformer and extracting out the damaged LV and HV coils from the oil tank. Complete rewinding of HV coils and reconditioning of LV coils using superior quality insulating material. Providing and fitting of 4 no’s LV bushes, 3 no’s HV bushes, LV bush rod 4 no’s, HV bush rod 3 no’s, gasket set and nuts and bolts. Repairs to the core of transformer by replacing the flashed core material. Heating of assembled coils in oven for proper hot air process and to get required meagre value. Repair to oil tank by welding to make the oil tank leak proof and air tight. Lowering the assembled coils in oil tank. Filtering of existing transformer oil and topping up with 90 litters of fresh transformer oil. Back carriage of the repaired transformer to the lift station by using carriage vehicle and placing the transformer at its installed place using crane/chain pulley block. Making connections on HT side as well as on LT side using compatible thimbles.The job includes cost of material, carriage charges,labour charges, cost of oil, welding charges and carriage charges . Providing and fitting of the reputed make starter compatible with the 5hp priming motor in place of the old damaged starter. The job includes cost of material which is starter and wiring, fitment charges ,labour charges and carriage charges etc. The estimate has been framed after taking into account the scrap value of the old aluminium winding. Complete job includes cost of material, carriage charges, labour charges, cost of oil, welding charges.Note:- The Tenderers are requested to visit the site along with JE and quote the rate as per site conditions. The firm should offer rebate on old material. |
