| 1 | Replacement of 01 No. lubrication pump for forced lubrication of VT pump at Tawi Pump House RTIC Jammu by way of Providing ,installation, testing and commissioning of reputed make raw water split casing type Horizontal centrifugal Pump having discharge of 65-70 m3 /hr and 70 m head for forced lubrication of 900 VM-2,60 cusecs,32.30 m Head, VT pumps in place of damaged pump KSB make , ETANORM series 65-50-250 at unit NO 3 of lubrication system having discharge of 68 Cu.m/hr and 70 m head including repair/ complete servicing of existing three phase ,22 Kw squirrel cage induction motor . The supplied pump shall be compatible with existing lubrication system of Tawi pump house and shall be operated with existing 22KW squirrel cage induction motor 415 Volt, AC, 3ph., 2900 RPM of Marathon make and suitable for coupling on existing base frame/with minor modification in suction delivery lines, base for proper alignment and smooth operation of pump with existing motor if necessary. The complete job comprises dismantling and removal of existing motor and damaged pump from base frame .Transportation of motor to workshop ,complete dismantling , cleaning of rotor and stator of motor, varnishing the stator of motor with superior quality i Varnish and drying under controlled temperature to achieve satisfactory insulation resistance( IR) values .Replacement of damaged bearing at both end( driving and Non driving end )by providing and fitting new bearings of genuine make. Transportation of motor back to site. Installation and alignment of new lubrication pump with existing motor on base frame by providing and fitting new nuts bolts, coupling pulley set ,gasket etc. It includes modification/ replacement of existing base frame, Cutting, modification and realigning of suction and delivery pipes if required for proper installation and alignment .Replacement of damaged 80 mm Non return valve and sluice valve on the delivery line with new valves provided by department and repairs to 01 no 80 mm non return valve and sluice valve on delivery line of unit no.1. checking of control panel ,providing and fitting thermal overload relay -01 no( range 30-50Amp), HRC fuses-03 nos., voltmeter 0-500v , end terminals of cables of motor -06 nos. in place of overheated/damaged one. Testing and commissioning of lubrication pump, trial run complete in all respect.
