| 1 | Providing/Fitting, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of protection panel cum FASD star delta starters at LIS Bindala Mang with the following specifications:Description of PanelDesigning, fabrication, installation, testing and commissioning of LT control panel 415 volts, AC-3 Phase, 50 Hz. For unit no. 1 and 2, with one incoming and two no outgoing for 20 HP Induction motors at LIS Bindala Mang. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof fabricated out of 16 SWG CR Sheet supported on M.S. angle of suitable size and having provision for fixing it on the ground with the help of foundation bolts. The panel should be sturdy enough for vibration free operation and should be equipped with suitable locking/sealing arrangements. The structure should be provided with suitable entry and exit holes for incoming and outgoing cables. The panel should be given two coats of antirust primer and two coats of steel grey enamel paint. The panel should have equipped with following components/features: - 1. M.C.C.B:- The panel incomer should be fitted with a main incomer M.C.C.B. of 100 Ampere capacity (1 No.) and Outgoer MCCBs of 63 amp. Capacity (2 No.) for the two three phase motors, 1 no. voltmeter, 1 no ammeter along with a set of CTs, 1 No. V.S.S, 1 No. A.S.S. and a set of RYB indicators at incoming side. 2. Star delta Starter: - Fully automatic star delta starter cum panel for unit no I and unit no 2 should comprises of 2 Nos (for unit I & II) Main contactor of 80 Amp capacity each, 2 Nos. (for unit I & II) Delta contactor of 40 Amp capacity each, 2 Nos (for unit I & II) Star contactor of 40 Amp capacity each. 2 Nos (for unit I & II) star delta timer with timing range from 3 to 120 seconds, 4 Nos. push buttons for start and stop operation of both motor, 2 No. indicator 2 No. MCB 6 Amp for the protection of internal control wiring, a neat and clean internal control wiring should be made with flexible copper cables to complete the star delta circuit of outgoing supply for pumping unit no. 1 and pumping unit no 2. 3. Protection relay device cum Fault analyser: A protection relay device cum fault analyser shall be fitted with the panel with capability to protect the motor by isolating the power supply of motor by de-energizing the starter/panel from following electro-mechanical faults which may otherwise damage the motor windings: A. Voltage related protection: Single phasing, under voltage, over voltage, unbalance voltage. B. Current related protection: Over current/load, dry running, unbalance current /load, earth leakage, short circuiting. C. Mechanical fault related protection: Locked rotor etc.a. Display line current of RYB Phase and also line voltage of RY and YB phase.b. Display and indicate trip status for over load, under load, single phase, unbalance, earth fault, over voltage, under voltage respectively.4. Thermal overload relay: A thermal over load relay of suitable range should be fitted with in the starter as an extra protection to protect the motor in case of failure of fault analyser with an isolation/bye pass switch to bye pass the fault analyser.Complete job includes cost of providing/ Fitting, Transportation Charges, Testing and commissioning charges, tool and tackles charges, hire charges of skilled and unskilled labour, To and fro transportation charges at site of LIS and all other kind of Charges. |
| 2 | P/f of Aluminium single core PVC insulated LT cable of 35 mm2 capacity of reputed make as per IS 7098 (Part 1) 1988 with up to date amendments of approximately 36m in combined length from the FASD starter cum panel to the two individual motor units. The job also includes p/f of 24 No. thimbles of requisite specifications by preparing all the ends of the LT cables and then making proper connections from the motor to the FASD starter cum panel. Complete job includes cost of providing/ Fitting, Transportation Charges, tool and tackles charges, hire charges of skilled and unskilled labour, To and fro transportation charges at site of LIS and all kinds of Charges. |
| 3 | P/f of 100 Amp. HRC fuse based main switch in place of damaged worn out existing one. The job includes disconnecting the old LT cable connections from the worn-out main switch and extracting it by way of tools and tackles. Installation of new 100 Amp. Main switch main switch onto the wall by drilling holes onto the pump room wall at requisite area and finally installing the main switch by using nut-bolt or fasteners. The job further includes making back the old LT cable connections from both the transformer side and the panel side. Complete job includes cost of providing/ Fitting, Transportation Charges, tool and tackles charges, hire charges of skilled and unskilled labour, To and fro transportation charges at site of LIS and all kinds of Charges.
