| 11 | Fuel Injection Pump testing/ calibration :- Dismounting of inline FI pump from engine unit, carriage upto workshop and back, checking/calibration of pump elements /Delivery Valves for wear and tear along with checking of fuel pump head, came and its all internal components. The job further includes cleaning of worn internal components such as barrels, plungers, delivery valves and springs. The job further includes reassembling FI pump and calibrating on test stand and re-coupling it before timing the pump to engine unit. It includes reinstallation of complete unit and then testing it on vehicle in presence of engineer/foreman /mechanic. The cost shall also covers charges of all tools/ tackles, including any sort of extra expenses like transportation & on-site charges, that may occur/arise on site while completing the said entire job. The job further includes scope of replacement of following damaged components while testing/ calibration of the said FI pump. |
