| 2 | Maintenance Contract of Plumbing, Sewerage and electrical works in the divisional complex including all quarters, office complex etc. for current financial year :This includes maintenance of existing plumbing items/equipments in the divisional complex and replacement/repairing of any fault/damage/leakage comes in the MS piping network, replacement of tap, valves etc., This also includes the Cleaning of chocked sewer line by diesel running vehicle mounting hydraulic operated high pressure suction cum jetting sewer cleaning machine fitted with pump and water jetting tank capacity including skilled operator etc. for cleaning and de-silting of manholes and de-chocking of sewer lines. De-chocking and flushing of sewer line from one manhole to another by high pressure jetting system for sewer line. Repair/replacement of leaked/damaged sewerage pipes, manholes and allied items, coming from the source to septic tank through manholes.Maintenance of electrical works in the divisional complex including quarters. It includes the repair/replacement of existing damaged/non-functional/burn-out switches, sockets, fan, light, wiring, invertors, maintenance of batteries & stablizer etc on day to day basis.
