| 15 | Design, manufacture, supply and installation of custom-made curved upholstered seating with integrated planter boxes, as per approved design. The furniture shall comprise a continuous curved seating structure with integrated planter boxes at both ends and provision for central planting, as shown in the approved design. The main body shall be fabricated using BWR furniture-grade plywood/MDF over a rigid plywood support, adequately reinforced with plywood strips to withstand the intended loading and maintain the required curved profile. The outer face shall be finished with approved decorative laminate/HPL/paint finish as specified, with all joints and exposed edges neatly finished. The seating portion shall be provided with high-density PU foam of approved density and thickness, upholstered with approved commercial-grade fabric/leatherette, including all necessary stitching and edge finishing. The seating shall have a smooth, continuous curved profile with seating width/depth of 600mm and seat height of 550mm. Integrated planter boxes shall be fabricated as part of the unit with suitable waterproof lining/protection and finished externally to match the approved design. Internal planter areas shall be suitably isolated from the furniture structure to prevent water seepage and damage. The item shall include all plywood/MDF, reinforcement, foam, upholstery, laminate/HPL/paint finish, planter lining, , fasteners, brackets, hardware, supports, fabrication, welding, grinding, transportation, assembly, installation and final positioning at site, complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. |
