| 1 | The job comprises removal of garbage/debris lying near/on the sides/at the mouth/removing of the bushes across grooves etc. of the siphon and dumping it to a nearby dumping site, cleaning of area. The job further constitutes extraction of the trash Racks, gate machines with the help of crane and manual labor and other equipments required and thereafter shifting all the material from the site to the workshop in a load carrier & again unloading it with the help of crane/labour and other tools & tackles required for the execution of the works as mentioned below :- D-5 H/R :-Providing/Fabrication, fitting and installation of complete 01 No. 2 ton cap. new cast winch machine painted with 01 coat of red oxide primer and 02 coats of paint of light blue color including 01 no. worm gear, 01 No. main/spur gear, 01 No. Stem rod with duly cut threads and drilled holes for its engagement with gate structure for smooth vertical operation of the gate, rain protection pipe to prevent seepage of water into the gear/junction box, lower and upper stem rod housings integrated with the gear/junction box, 02 Nos. bearings, fasteners, base plate, 01 No. regulating handle etc. as per the size and specifications of the dismantled machines and their constituent machinery parts.D-4 H/R :- Providing fitting of 01 No. main/spur gear along with 01 No. bearing and fasteners (as per sample) in lieu of old/damaged/missing one. Gadwal Escape :-Providing and fitting of upper stem rod housing including gearbox along with 01 no worm gear and regulating handle for the 05 ton capacity winch machine. The job further constitutes replacement of damaged/broken/rusted 02 No. bearings and fasteners (as per sample).TR Chawadhi – Cutting/dismembering the corroded/distorted inner vertical strips and frame work members of the upper portion of the trash rack with the help of gas cutter. Providing and fitting of the new trash rack peripheral framework member approx. 06 mtrs. made out of MS Angle 75x75x8 mm in lieu of badly damaged/rusted one. Straightening of the rest of the upper framework member made out of MS Angle with the help of power pressing, hammering etc. Providing and Fabrication of 02 No. inner vertical strips made out ofMS flat of 50 x 6 mmin lieu of the badly damaged/corroded/missing ones and MS angle of size 75x75x8 mm , 07 mtrs. in length (top and bottom end combined) welded laterally at both upper and lower ends symmetrically at the centre and one No. vertical central support (1.5 m) made out of welding of 02 No. angles for additional support and resistance of the trash rack against bending/buckling. Straightening of 12 No. inner vertical strips made out of MS flat of 50 x 6 mm.Welding back all the members of the trash rack to form the constituent structure. Cutting/Dismantling/Dismembering the damaged/corroded/distorted inner vertical strips and frame work members of the lower portion of the trash rack with the help of gas cutter. Providing and fitting of the new trash rack peripheral framework member approx. 08 mtrs. made out of MS Angle 75x75x8 mm in lieu of badly damaged/rusted one. Straightening of the rest of the lower framework member made out of MS Anglewith the help of power pressing, hammering etc. Providing and Fabrication of 04 No. inner vertical strips made out of MS flat of 50 x 6 mm in lieu of the badly damaged/corroded/missing ones and MS angle of size 75x75x8 mm , 04 mtrs. in length welded laterally and one No. vertical central support (1.5 mtrs.) made out of welding of 02 No. angles for additional support and resistance of the trash rack against bending/buckling. Straightening of06 No. inner vertical strips made out of MS flat of 50 x 6 mm.Welding back all the members of the trash rack to form the constituent structure. TR Gadwal- Dismantling/dismembering the damaged /corroded/distorted inner vertical strips and frame work members with the help of gas cutter. Fabrication and fitting of new trash rack peripheral framework member of length approx. 03mtrs. made out of ISMC channel 100 x 50 mmin lieu of badly damaged/rusted one. Straightening of the rest of the framework member made out of MS Channel with the help of power pressing, hammering etc. The job further includes straightening of 04 No. and fabrication of 03 No. inner vertical strips made out of MS flat of 50 x 6mm or higher in lieu of the badly damaged/corroded/missing ones and their fitting at an average gap of 10cm. Fabrication and fitting of one No. vertical central support made out of welding of 02 No. angles for additional support and resistance of the trash rack against bending/buckling.Welding work is to be carried out using good quality water resistant electrodes, conforming to IS specifications. Grinding and finishing of the welded portions with the help of precision tools in such a way so as to remove blow holes, weld deposits, weld residue, sharp edges etc. Application of two coats of anti corrosive red oxide primer followed by application of two coats of light blue paint. Loading and transportation of trash racks, gates in a private vehicle with the help of crane/labour and transporting the same to the siphon mouth/site and lowering and installing the trash racks, gates/winch machines into the grooved channel with the help of crane/manual labour.Oiling and greasing of winch machines, grooves and other moving parts with good quality multi-purpose grease conforming to the IS standards.Providing/ fitting of nuts/ bolts of required size specifications (as per sample .
