Name of Work:- SERVICING/REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT OF FRESH WATER DISTRIBUTION PIPELINES OF VARIOUS SIZES 25MM/40MM/50MM AND DAY TO DAY MAINTENANCE ATTENDING COMPLAINTS/BREAKDOWNS/CALL ON SERVICING INCLUDING ALLIED WORKS AT NAVAL DOCKYARD, VISAKHAPATNAM UNDER GE(I) DM VISAKHAPATNAM

1Dismantling taking out GI pipe from PCC support/trenches for repair/ replacement/ relaying for bore of pipe 25 mm complete all as specified and directed.
2Supply, fixing and testing of 25 mm dia medium grade including complete GI specials on PCC support or on trenches complete all as specified and directed.
3M&L for relaying of GI pipe above after proper cleaning, descalling and fixing to original position for bore of pipe 25 mm including necessary rubber gusket, nuts, bolts & washers complete all as specified and directed.
4Dismantling taking out GI pipe from PCC support/trenches for repair/ replacement/relaying for bore of pipe 40 mm complete all as specified and directed.
5Supply, fixing and testing of 40 mm dia medium grade including complete GI specials on PCC support or on trenches complete all as specified and directed.
6M&L for relaying of GI pipe above after proper cleaning, descalling and fixing to original position for bore of pipe 40 mm including necessary rubber gusket, nuts, bolts & washers complete all as specified and directed.
7Dismantling taking out GI pipe from PCC support/Trenches for repair/ replacement/relaying for bore of pipe 50 mm complete all as specified and directed.
8Supply, fixing and testing of 50 mm dia medium grade including complete GI specials on PCC support or on trenches complete all as specified and directed.
9M&L for relaying of GI pipe above after proper cleaning, descalling and fixing to original position for bore of pipe 50 mm including necessary rubber gusket, nuts, bolts & washers complete all as specified and directed.
10Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5M in depth and not exceeding 1.5M wide for pipe and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.
11Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5M in depth and not exceeding 1.5M wide for cable/pipe and getting out in hard rock/Road/PCC hard standing and making the disturbed surfaces good same as existing before excavation complete all as specified and directed.
12Returning, filling in(soil), including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.
